My Optical Driving link list.
on March 20, 2014 at 5:19 PMI just spent far too long to find out my portable optical drive needs a specific micro-USB cable to work properly, not just one of the zillions I have in boxes and drawers. On the plus side, now that it’s working, we’re one step closer to getting comics on DriveThru’s site, so that’s a big plus. While I plow through these ancient CDs and DVDs, here’s some fun stuff I’ve found in my rummagings:
• I’m sure if you follow these amazing writing tips, you’ll be a best-selling author in no time!
• Speaking of books, The Book of Kells is now available online, complete with medieval illuminations.
• We satirize because we love. Here’s the only fantasy world map you need. The Norselands are quite metal, it’s true.
• And this last one has a little salty language in it, but it’s a great example as to why practical ways of looking at things is almost a superpower, especially if you’re partnered with Sherlock Holmes.
wooo Drive Thru! I’ll guarantee popping for some once they’re in PDF format. I was up to 12? 13? on PS238 but I can’t lug around books (they went to charity on Ebay).
But PDFs I can lug around, no problem 😀 Excellent choice, and I hope you sell a truckload!
